IMF and WB Spring Session: Head of the Republic of Srpska Representation in Brussels member of the G

Head of the Republic of Srpska Representation in Brussels, Mr. Mario Đuragić, participated in Washington D.C. as a member of the Government of the Republic of Srpska Delegation in meetings with the World Bank Executive Director Frank Heemskerk and the WB Country Director for South East Europe, Ellen Goldstein. Additionally, representatives of the Republic of Srpska Government led by Prime Minister, Željka Cvijanović, talked with high IMF officials about crucial policies and reforms carried out in the Republic of Srpska and other activities aimed at defining the new stand-by arrangement with this international financial organisation.

The meetings held within the regular Spring Sessions of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank were related to the current economic matters, schedule of implementing the reform measures defined by the Reform Agenda and cooperation of all levels of government on its realisation.

Visit to Western American Diocese of the Serbian Orthodox Church in Alhambra:

Mr. Mario Đuragić visited Western American Diocese of the Serbian Orthodox Church in North and South America, Churches in San Diego and San Marcos. This occasion was nice opportunity for strengthening relations with our diaspora in California. Moreover, it was also chance for introducing a new project of mapping and identifying human potentials of the Republic of Srpska abroad. Project Srpska.club, launched recently by the Representation of the Republic of Srpska in Brussels already gained significant members from our diaspora based in the US.
