Strengthening Academic Ties: Visit to the University of Banja Luka

On 30 May 2025, the Head of the Republic of Srpska Representation in Brussels, Mr. Mario Đuragić, visited the University of Banja Luka, where he met with the Vice-Rector for Material and Human Resources, Prof. Dr. Dalibor Kesić.

The meeting, held at the Rectorate and also attended by Prof. Dr. Miroslav Malinović, focused on exploring opportunities to expand existing cooperation and establish new partnerships between the University of Banja Luka and higher education and research institutions in the Kingdom of Belgium.

As part of the visit, Vice-Rector Kesić and Mr. Đuragić held a discussion with a group of teaching assistants and senior assistants who will take part in a study visit to Brussels and Bruges from 25 to 28 June 2025. The participants were briefed on the visit agenda, the institutions they will engage with, and the planned activities aimed at enhancing the international visibility and connectivity of the University of Banja Luka.

The meeting concluded with a shared assessment that this visit marks an important step forward in strengthening international cooperation and promoting the academic and research potential of the University of Banja Luka.
